Frequently asked
- How does the free trial work?
- Fourteen days on the Smallholder or Standard tier, with no card taken at sign-up. At the end of the trial you choose a tier or the account goes dormant — your data stays retrievable either way.
- Can I move between tiers?
- Yes, in either direction, at any point. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next billing date so you keep what you have paid for.
- Who owns the data if I cancel?
- You do, throughout. On cancellation you can export your risk register, audit trail, cash flow projections and health score history. We delete your farm data on request and otherwise after the retention period on your tier.
- What counts as a client farm on the Adviser tier?
- Any farm business you hold in the portfolio dashboard, whether the farmer has their own login or you maintain the record on their behalf. Twenty-five are included; beyond that we price per additional block.
- Is any of this financial advice?
- No. AgriRisk is decision-support. Outputs use possible action to consider language, and where a question sits inside the regulated advice perimeter — a specific hedging instrument, a specific insurance product, a tax position — we signpost to a qualified adviser rather than answering.
- When do the accounting integrations arrive?
- CSV import from your accounting or banking package works today, and live exchange-rate and weather feeds run automatically against your exposure. Direct Figured, Xero, QuickBooks and Sage connections are in build; until they ship, import or direct entry covers the same ground.
